How to stay active, eating better and being happy - take a small steps

Are you worrying about your health or your dear one's health? Are you suffering from health and heart issue? If so, you may try to take few small steps which can change your life toward a better one. Yes, if you eat the best food with less oily or like more diet food then you may increase your potential health and fitness. Staying active:
First, we have to learn, how to be active or how to stay active, so, this small step can lead to a better healthy life. It doesn't mean you have to stress yourself in the name of active but the activeness in some act is different than stressing or over-stressing oneself. Try to make a list of regular work and keep few minutes or an hour to be active as a small step #ChhoteKadam to take a little bigger step #Badekadam :) for healthy life.

Eating Better:
This is the main concern one has to care and concentrate on, yes, those days gone where elders used to tell do's and dont's including for having food and other discipline. There is no time these days even for elders to advice about do's and dont's to their youngers.

The tasty foods, junk food and irregular interval food can create you trouble sometime. It is always better to have the best food, I mean, less fat, less oily, less spicy and less cholesterol food. It is always better to have half stomach food than full. And, moreover, drinking plenty of water and juices are far better to get better health. At the same time, fiber nutrition too important. Being Happy:
